These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Prop Connect ("the platform"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Prop Connect

The platform supports four account types: Admin, Owner/Seller, Agent, and Buyer/Renter. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

2. Listings

• Owners and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of the properties they list, including price, description, photos, and availability status.
• All new and edited listings are reviewed by an administrator before appearing publicly. Approval does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of a listing's content.
• Listing photos must belong to the property being advertised and must not infringe on anyone else's rights.
• Owners/agents must keep a listing's availability status (Available, Reserved, Sold, Rented, Off Market) reasonably up to date.

3. Identity Verification

Verification is optional and reviewed manually by an administrator. A "Verified" badge indicates the account holder submitted an ID that an admin found satisfactory — it is not a guarantee of a person's identity, creditworthiness, or the legitimacy of any transaction, and should not be treated as a substitute for your own due diligence.

4. Inquiries and Communication

Buyers/renters may contact an owner or agent through the inquiry form or the contact details shown on a listing. All communication and any resulting transaction happens directly between the parties involved — the platform is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any sale, lease, or agreement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or messages.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a property.
• Uploading content you don't have the right to use, or that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, scrape the platform at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit (listing details, photos, messages). By posting it, you grant the platform permission to display it as part of the normal operation of the service.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

An administrator may deactivate or remove an account or listing that violates these Terms, contains fraudulent information, or is reported as bogus or abusive.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, current, or that any transaction between users will be completed successfully.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction, communication, or listing between users.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
